Dr. Molly most commonly treats companion animals such as dogs and cats, as well as horses and performance animals. She has also worked with a variety of other animals including birds, reptiles, show animals, and occasionally farm animals. The AVCA sets recognized standards for education and training in animal chiropractic care. Certification ensures practitioners have completed specialized coursework and examinations in animal anatomy, biomechanics, and safe chiropractic techniques specific to animals. This training helps ensure adjustments are performed safely and appropriately for each animal.

Dr. Molly is not a licensed veterinarian. She is a certified animal chiropractor trained to assess movement and perform chiropractic adjustments for animals. If an issue appears to require veterinary care, she will recommend that you consult your veterinarian.

When performed by a properly trained practitioner, animal chiropractic adjustments are gentle and safe. Techniques are adapted specifically for animals and are designed to support normal movement and function while prioritizing comfort and safety.

In most cases, a referral is not required to schedule an appointment. However, if your animal has a complex medical condition or recent injury, your veterinarian may recommend chiropractic care as part of a broader treatment plan. Dr. Molly works within her scope and will refer to veterinary care whenever necessary.

Most appointments take place in-office, particularly for animals that can be easily transported. For larger animals or situations where travel is more appropriate, mobile visits may be available.
